Data we collect
We collect agency information (name, email, address), tenant names and emails, property addresses, inspection photos, GPS coordinates, digital signatures, and usage data necessary to provide the Handover service.
Why we collect it
This data is collected to enable property inspection documentation, generate legally defensible reports, manage subscriptions, and communicate with users about their inspections.
Data retention
Inspection data is retained according to your subscription tier: 6 months (Starter), 5 years (Professional), or 10 years (Agency Plus). Agency account data is retained while your subscription is active.
Third parties
We share data with Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). These processors act on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Your rights under GDPR
