Service description
Handover provides a SaaS platform for property management agencies to conduct, document, and archive property handover inspections with photo evidence and digital signatures.
Subscription terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 30-day free trial is available without credit card. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Liability limitations
Handover provides documentation tools but does not provide legal advice. We are not liable for disputes arising from inspection content. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Handover for unlawful purposes, upload malicious content, or attempt to access other agencies' data. Violations may result in account termination.
